Vizzyclap operates a technology-enabled marketplace through its website, mobile application and related digital platforms (“Platform”) that enables customers to discover, request, compare, schedule and communicate with independent service professionals and service partners.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, requesting a service or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Vizzyclap provides a technology platform that connects Customers with Service Partners for various home, maintenance, repair, beauty and related services.
Services may include:
Home cleaning and deep cleaning
Pest control and termite treatment
Anti-termite treatment and ATT piping
Plumbing
Electrical services
Carpentry
Painting
Waterproofing and seepage treatment
AC installation and repair
Appliance repair
Home salon and beauty services
Spa and grooming
Makeup and styling
Mosquito and safety nets
False ceiling and gypsum work
Renovation and fabrication
Movers and storage
Other home and professional services
The Company may add, modify, suspend or discontinue categories at any time.
Vizzyclap is primarily a technology and marketplace facilitation platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Vizzyclap does not directly perform every service listed on the Platform.
Services may be performed by independent Service Partners.
Service Partners may operate independently from Vizzyclap.
Vizzyclap facilitates discovery, booking, communication, payment processing and customer support.
Vizzyclap may undertake partner verification, onboarding and quality-control processes.
Such verification does not constitute an absolute guarantee of a Service Partner's conduct, qualifications or performance.
The specific service agreement may exist between the Customer and the Service Partner, subject to the applicable Platform policies and service terms.
You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use the Platform on behalf of another person, business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You may be required to create an account to access certain Platform features.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate account information;
Keeping login credentials confidential;
Not sharing your account improperly;
Not creating fraudulent accounts; and
Informing Vizzyclap of suspected unauthorized access.
A request submitted through the Platform may be subject to Service Partner availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only when confirmation is communicated through the Platform or an authorized communication channel.
Appointment times may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, emergencies, location, site conditions and other circumstances.
Prices displayed on the Platform may be:
Fixed prices;
Starting prices;
Estimated prices; or
Prices subject to inspection.
For services such as waterproofing, renovation, painting, pest control, electrical work and major repairs, the final price may depend upon inspection and actual site conditions.
Additional work outside the original scope may require Customer approval and an additional charge.
Unless specifically included, applicable taxes, materials, transportation, special equipment, scaffolding, debris removal or additional labour may be charged separately.
Payments may be made through methods offered by Vizzyclap, including UPI, cards, online payment gateways, bank transfer or other supported methods.
Customers must provide valid payment information and must not attempt fraudulent transactions or unauthorized chargebacks.
Third-party payment processors may have their own terms and policies.
Customers may cancel bookings subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:
Time of cancellation;
Service category;
Travel undertaken by the Service Partner;
Materials purchased;
Inspection performed;
Customized work;
Work already commenced; and
Other reasonable costs.
Refunds are subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and the circumstances of each booking.
Where approved, refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method.
Payment-gateway processing times may apply.
Customers must:
Provide accurate service-location information;
Provide reasonable access;
Disclose relevant site conditions;
Follow safety instructions;
Make payments on time;
Treat Service Partners respectfully;
Avoid unlawful requests;
Protect valuable or fragile belongings; and
Provide genuine feedback.
Service Partners are expected to:
Provide accurate service information;
Maintain required licences/permissions where applicable;
Perform services professionally;
Use appropriate tools and materials;
Maintain reasonable safety standards;
Follow applicable laws;
Communicate material changes in price or scope; and
Maintain professional conduct.
Any warranty offered for a service shall be governed by the specific quotation, invoice, service package or warranty document.
A warranty may exclude damage caused by:
Customer misuse;
Structural movement;
New leakage sources;
Third-party work;
Lack of maintenance;
Natural deterioration;
Changes to the property; or
Conditions outside the original scope.
Customers should secure cash, jewellery, documents, electronics and other valuables before service begins.
Vizzyclap recommends that Customers or their authorized representatives remain available during services where appropriate.
Customers may provide genuine reviews and ratings based on their actual experience.
Reviews must not contain unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, abusive or misleading content.
Vizzyclap may remove content that violates Platform policies or applicable law.
Users must not:
Commit fraud;
Create fake accounts;
Manipulate reviews;
Misuse promotional offers;
Harass Service Partners;
Attempt unauthorized access;
Introduce malware;
Copy Platform content without permission;
Reverse engineer the Platform;
Circumvent Platform systems;
Infringe intellectual property; or
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
The Vizzyclap name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos and other Platform content belong to Vizzyclap or its respective licensors.
No content may be commercially reproduced, copied, distributed or modified without authorization.
The Platform may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, maps, communication providers, analytics providers, hosting providers and other technology services.
Their respective terms may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vizzyclap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from matters outside Vizzyclap's reasonable control, including Service Partner conduct, delays, third-party services, site conditions or Customer negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Vizzyclap shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, flood, fire, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, riots, war, telecommunications failure, power failure or transportation disruption.
Vizzyclap may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, payment abuse, harassment or legal requirements.
Personal information collected through the Platform will be handled according to Vizzyclap's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Vizzyclap may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and other applicable legal remedies, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities at Mohali/Chandigarh, Punjab, India.
